Agrarian Services Act (No. 58 of 1979) - Sect 49

Agrarian. Services Committee deemed to be a scheduled institution, within the meaning of the Bribery Act

49. Each Agrarian Services Committee shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act shall be cons trued accordingly.
