Agrarian Services Act (No. 58 of 1979) - Sect 54

Exemption from tax

54. Every Agrarian Services Committee shall be exempt from the payment of any tax on the income or profits made by such Committee under the provisions of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 28 of 1979.
