Taking possession of property vested in the Crown

12.
(1) Any person authorized in that behalf by the Director may take possession of any property vested in the Crown by a Vesting Order.
(2) Any person authorized in that behalf by the Director shall, by notice published in the Gazette, in respect of any property vested in the Crown by a Vesting Order,-
(a) inform all persons interested in that property that such authorized person intends to take possession of that property for and on behalf of the Crown on such date and at such time and place as shall be specified in the notice; and
(b) require such interested persons or their authorized agents to be present on the date and at the time and place so specified, and to allow and assist such officer to take possession of that property for and on behalf of the Crown.
