| 14. Any person authorized in that behalf by the Director under section 12 to take possession of any property vested in the Crown by a Vesting Order may, if such property is movable property, enter any place where such property is kept and seize such property or, where such property is immovable property, enter and take possession of such property, notwithstanding that the requirements of any notice given to any person under subsection (2) of that section have not been duly complied with, or that arbitration proceedings, or proceedings before any court in pursuance or supposed pursuance of any other law, are pending in respect of such property. |
