| 18. Where any person is unable or apprehends that he will be unable to exercise, perform or discharge any power, duty or function under subsection (2) of section 3 by reason of any obstruction or resistance offered or likely to be offered by any person or persons in occupation of any premises, the provisions of sub-sections (1) to (3) of section 17 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply in the case of such officer and such premises in like manner and to the same extent as they apply in the case of the Director and the premises of any school. |
