| 85. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Income Tax Ordinance or the Inland Revenue Act, No. 4 of 1963, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue shall report to the Bribery Commissioner for investigation any case where he suspects from information available to him that any person is guilty of bribery. |
