Banking Act (No. 30 of 1988) - Sect 29

Off-shore banking units exempt from provisions of the Monetary Law Act

29. The provisions of Part HI, Part VI and Part VII of Chapter V of the Monetary Law Act, shall not apply in respect of off-shore units.
