75.
(1) Where any person furnishes proof to the satisfaction of the Monetary Board that moneys lying to the credit of an account which was in his name or in the name of a person from whom he derives title, have been transferred to a special account in the Central Bank under section 73 shall, subject to such terms, conditions or restrictions as are imposed in respect of such money by or under any written law be entitled to the repayment of such moneys by the Central Bank together with the interest payable on such moneys upto the date of such repayment, in accordance with such rates and conditions as are applicable to the recount to the credit of which such money were lying before they were transferred to the special account in the Central Bank. |
