In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires" "bailable offence" means an offence which is described in column 5 of the First Schedule to the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979, or by any other law, as being bailable ; and "non-bailable offence" means an offence which is described in column 5 of the First Schedule to the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15, of 1979, or by any other law, as being non-bailable ; |
