Banking (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 1995) - Sect 20

Amendment of section 38 of the principal enactment

20. Section 38 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-
(1) in subjection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " after the close of the financial year its balance sheet", of the words after the close of the financial year its audited balance sheet"; and
(2) in subjection (2) of that section by the substitution for the words " close of each financial year its balance sheet", of the words " close of each financial year its audited balance sheet".
