Banking (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 1995) - Sect 35

Amendment of section 80 of the principal enactment

35. Section 80 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words "licensed commercial bank "wherever those words occur in that section, of the words "licensed commercial bank or licensed specialized bank as the case may be ".
