| 6. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the Words "and having satisfied itself that the terms and conditions-lions of such licence will be observed by the applicant shall,", at the words " and being satisfied that the terms and conditions of such licence will be observed by the applicant and having regard to the interests of the national economy. |
