Bribery (Amendment) Act (No. 9 of 1980) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 28 principal enactment;

13. Section 26 of the principal, enactment as, amended by Act No. 2 of 1965 is hereby further amended by the substitution; for the expression " a District Court ", of the expression" a Court ".
