Bribery (Amendment) Act (No. 9 of 1980) - Sect 15

Amendment of section 27 of the principal enactment

15.Section 27 of the principal enactment as amended Act No.40 of 1958 and Act, No.2 of 1965 is hereby further amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:
(i) by the substitution, for the expression a District Court "of the expression "a Court ";and
(ii) by the substitution, for the expression a District Judge ",of the expression "the presiding Judge or Magistrate.
