8.Section 10 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 40 of 1953, Act No. 2 of 1965 Law No 38 of 1974 and Law No. 11 of 1976 is hereby further amended in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for paragraph (b)there of the following new paragraph:
| "(b) to have such witness at the conclusion of such trial tried before such court upon a charge ,or if such court is the High Courts arraigned and tried on an indictment which shall be prepared and signed by the Registrar of such High Court for intentionally giving false evidence in a stage of a judicial proceeding.". |
