Buddhist And Pali University Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 74 of 1981) - Sect 41

Vacancies or defects not to invalidate resolutions or proceedings

41. No act, resolution or proceeding of the Council shall be invalidated merely by reason of the existence of a vacancy or of vacancies among its members, or any defect or defects in the appointment of such member or members thereof.
