Bandaranaike Museum Committee (Incorporation) Act (No. 28 of 1997) - Sect 7

Debts, due and payable to the Committee

7. All the debts and liabilities of the Committee existing on the day immediately preceding the date of the commencement of this Act, shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and alt debts due to, and subscriptions payable to, the said Committee on that day, shall be paid to the Corporation hereby constituted.
