Printed, photostat, mechanically, electronically or otherwise produced, typed or written copies or extracts, duly certified by the Registrar (whom it shall not be necessary to prove to be the Registrar) or from any documents, registers or other books filed or kept under this Act in the office of the Registrar of Business Names shall be admitted in evidence in all Courts in Sri Lanka and in all proceedings without further proof or production of the originals, |
