Bureau Of Ceylon Standards Act (No. 38 of 1964) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Bureau of Ceylon Standards

2.
(1) There shall be established a corporation which shall be called the Bureau of Ceylon Standards (hereinafter referred to as " the Bureau ").
(2) The corporation shall by the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
