| 34. The Bureau may receive donations of contributions from any person and shall use any moneys so received for the purpose designated by the person making the donation or contribution and in accordance with the conditions imposed by the donor or contributor, or, if no purpose has been so designated or no conditions have been so imposed, utilize such moneys in the manner specified in subsection (2) of section 32 or in such other manner as the Minister may direct. |
