Amendment of section 60 of the principal enactment. [ 2, 25 of 1957.]

4. Section 60 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -

(a) by the renumbering of that section as subsecition (1) of section 60, and

(b) by the addition at the end of that section of the following new subsection : -

	'(2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall apply to a banker's draft as if that draft were a bill referred to in that subsection.
