| (1) From and after the date of commencement of this Act, the persons specified in the Schedule to this Act who are the present members of the Board of Management of the Ahadiya Academy and such persons who shall hereafter be admitted to the membership of the Board in accordance .with the rules of the Board shall be a body corporate with the style and name of the "Board of Management of the Ahadiya Academy ". |

| (2) The Board of Management of the Ahadiya Academy (hereinafter referred to as "the Board") shall, in the said name and for the purposes herein mentioned, have perpetual succession and may by the said name sue and be sued in all courts with full power and authority to have and use a common seal and to change and alter the same at its discretion. |
