Board Of Trustees Of The Lalith Athulathmudali Educational Trust, Balangoda (Incorporation) Act (No. 41 of 1987) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Trust

7. All debts and liabilities of the Trust existing on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Trust shall be paid to the Corporation for the purpose of this Act.
