British Soldiers' and Sailors' Institute of Colombo (Repeal) Law (No. 3 of 1973) - Sect 2

All properties and rights held by the trustees of the British Soldiers' and Sailors' Institute of Colombo to vest in the Sri Lanka Ex-Servicemen's Institute

2.
(1) On the appointed date all the movable and immovable properties and all the rights and obligations of the trustees of the British Soldiers' and Sailors' Institute of Colombo shall be deemed to be transferred to the Sri Lanka Ex-Servicemen's Institute.
(2) The trusts and powers vested in the trustees of the British Soldiers' and Sailors' Institute of Colombo under the British Soldiers' and Sailors' Institute of Colombo Ordinance shall be deemed to have expired on the appointed date.
