Back to the Bible Broadcast, Ceylon Act (No. 17 of 1972) - Sect 6

Debts, etc., due by and payable to the Corporation

6. All the debts and liabilities of the said Back to the Bible Broadcast, Ceylon, existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the said Back to the Bible Broadcast, Ceylon, shall be paid to the Corporation hereby constituted.
