Replacement of section 26 of the principal enactment
3. Section 26 of the principal enactment is hereby repeal ed and the following section substituted therefor:
26. Every person to whom a certificate under this Act is granted or in relation to whom a declaration is made under subsection (2) or subsection (3) of section 19 shall, in respect of such certificate or declaration, as the case may be, pay in the prescribed manner, a fee according to the prescribed rates.".
