| (1) A liquidator appointed under any of the Notice by provisions of this Act shall, within fourteen days of his from the date of his appointment, publish in the Gazette and deliver to the Registrar for registration, a notice of his appointment, in the prescribed form. |

| (2) Where the liquidator fails to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred and fifty rupees for every day during which the default continues. |
