| 6. A company shall not alter the conditions contained in its memorandum except in the cases, in the mode and to the extent for which express provision is made in this Act: Provided that, in the case of a company registered prior to the appointed date, the Registrar may alter the name of the company in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 3. |
