| 8. Section 108 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " of the last balance sheet which has been audited by the company's auditors ", of the words " of the balance sheet which was, or should have been, in accordance with the provisions of section 121, laid before the company at the general meeting subsequent to which the annual return is required by subsection (1) of this section to be made.
