Replacement of section 158 of Chapter 235

2. Section 153 of the Customs Ordinance is hereby repealed, and the following new section substituted therefor: -

153. The amount-

	(1) of all forfeitures and penalties recovered under this Ordinance, or under this Ordinance read with the provisions of any other written law; and

	(2) of the proceeds of all such goods as may be disposed of by the Principal Collector of Customs under section 162 of this Ordinance, or of this Ordinance read with the provisions of any other written law,
