5. Section 31 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : -
| (1) by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following new subsection : -
| | " (1) Where any company, or firm, or any individual with a business name desires to conduct a cheetu, the registration required by section 30 shall be effected at the office of the registrar." ; | | |

|
| (2) by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section; and |
|
| (3) by the substitution, in subsection (3) of that section, for all the words from " registrar " to the end of that subsection, of the word " registrar.". |
