Replacement of section 85 of the principal enactment
47. Section 85 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor :
85. No warehouse goods shall be taken or delivered from the warehouse, except upon due entry, for exportation, or to be shipped as stores, or to be removed from one warehouse to another, or on payment of the full duties thereon for home use subject to such conditions as the Collector may prescribe ".
