Consumer Affairs Authority Act (No. 9 of 2003) - Sect 11

Selling or offering to sell above the marked price

11. Any person who sells or offers to sell any goods :the price marked on the goods in accordance with a direction issued under section 10, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
