Consumer Affairs Authority Act (No. 9 of 2003) - Sect 40

Function of the Council

40.
(1) The function of the Council shall be to hear and determine all applications and references made to it under this Act.
(2) Where a decision of the Council is not unanimous, the decision of the majority of the members shall be deemed to be the decision of the Council'.
