Competent Authority (Powers and Functions) Act (No. 3 of 2002) - Sect 5

Officers and servants

5. The Competent Authority may appoint such officers and servants as may be necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Act, and any officer or servant so appointed shall be deemed to he a public officer.
