Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 34 of 2002) - Sect 15

Annual Report

15.
(1) The Authority shall at the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister an annual report of the activities carried on by the Authority during that financial year, and cause a copy each of the following documents relating to that year to be submitted to the Minister-
(a) the Auditor-General's report ;
(b) the audited balance sheet ;
(c) the audited operating account ; and
(d) the cash flow statement.
(2) The Minister shall lay copies of the documents submitted under subsection (1) before parliament prior to end of the year immediately following the year to which such report and accounts relates.
