| 17. The Authority may, with the consent of the Minister and the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance in writing and in accordance with the terms of any general authority given, borrow by way of overdraft or otherwise, or negotiate or obtain on credit terms such sums as the Authority may require for meeting the obligations of the Authority, or for exercising, performing and discharging its powers, duties and functions under this Act or any other written law :provided however, the aggregate of the amount outstanding in respect of any loans raised by the Authority under this section shall not at any time exceed such amount as may be determined by the Minister. |
