| (1) The Authority may in writing and subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, delegate to any officer or servant of the Authority any of its powers, functions or duties under this Act or any regulation or rule made thereunder, and any such officer or servant shall exercise perform or discharge such power, function or duty in the name and on behalf of the authority. |

| (2) The Authority may notwithstanding any delegation made under subsection (1), itself exercise, perform or discharge any power function or duty so delegated and may at any time revoke any such delegation. |
