| 22. Section 25 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, section 25 of the for the words from "for a period not exceeding six months'" to the end of that section of the words "for a period not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees or to both such imprisonment and fine and if such offence is a continuing offence to an additional fine of one thousand rupees for each day on which the offence is continued after conviction.". |
