Conciliation Boards Act (No. 10 of 1958) - Sect 17

Regulations

17. (1) The Minister of Justice may make regulations to give effect to the principles and provisions of this Act. (2) No regulation made under subsection (1) shall have effect until it is approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives and notice of such approval is published in the Gazette.
