Conciliation Boards Act (No. 10 of 1958) - Sect 4

Chairman of Panel of Conciliators. [ 4, 12 of 1963.]

4.
(1) The Minister of Justice shall appoint one of the members of the Panel of Conciliators constituted for any Conciliation Board area to be the Chairman of such Panel.
(2) The Chairman of a Panel of Conciliators may resign office by letter addressed to the Minister of Justice.
(3) The Minister of Justice may, without assigning any reason, remove from office the Chairman of a Panel of Conciliators.
