Ceylon Broadcasting Corporation Act (No. 37 of 1966) - Sect 30

Estimate of income and expenditure of the Corporation for each financial year to be transmitted to the Minister

30.
(1) The Corporation shall, for each financial year, prepare in such form as may be approved by the Minister an estimate of the income and expenditure for that year.
(2) The estimate referred to in subsection (1) shall be in duplicate and shall be transmitted to the Minister on or before the first day of March in the financial year preceding the one to which it relates.
