| 18. Where Part II of this Act is brought into operation in any judicial division or judicial zone, by an Order made under section 1, courts exercising criminal jurisdiction in that judicial division or judicial zone, as the case may be, shall cease to exercise the powers conferred on them in section 18 of the Criminal Procedure Code Act, No. 15 of 1979. |
