Consumer Credit Act (No. 29 of 1982) - Sect 12

Obligation of hirer to comply with agreement

12. Subject to the provisions of this Act, a hirer shall be bound
(a) to pay the hire in accordance with the agreement, and
(b) otherwise to comply with the terms of the agreement-
