Ceylon College of Physicians (Incorporation) Act (No. 9 of 1971) - Sect 7

Debts and liabilities of the College and subscriptions, &c., due to the College

7. All debts and liabilities of the College existing on the date of commencement of this Act shall, with effect from that date, be deemed to be the debts and liabilities of the Corporation, and all debts, subscriptions and contributions due or payable to the College on that date shall be paid to the Corporation.
