Coconut Development Act (No. 46 of 1971) - Sect 40

Exemption from customs duty

40. In any specific case where the Board or the Authority imports or purchases out of bond any goods other than goods relating to any commercial activity of the Board or the Authority, the Minister of Finance may, at the request of the Minister, exempt such goods from the payment of any customs duty.
