| 53. The Minister may by Order published in the Gazette approve of the proposed acquisition of any land, or any interest in any land, other than Crown land, for any purpose of the Board or of the Authority, and where such an Order is so published, the land or the interest in any land specified shall be deemed to be required for a public purpose and may be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, and when so acquired, shall be transferred to the Board or to the Authority, as the case may be, under that Act, |
