Colombo District (Low-Lying Areas) Reclamation And Development Board Act (No. 15 of 1968) - Sect 13

Procedure at meetings of the Board,

13.
(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the members of the Board may regulate the procedure to be followed at meetings of the Board.
(2) The quorum for any meeting of the Board shall be five.
