| 5. Section 3 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (I) thereof, by the substitution for the words "declared by an Order under section 2 and which is or are vested in the local authority within the jurisdiction of which such land or lands is or are situated shall,", of the words " declared by an Order under section 2, and which is or are vested in any local authority or authorities or in any other authority within the jurisdiction of which such land or lands is or are situated shall,". |
