Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment
5. Section 8 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for paragraph (a) thereof of the following new paragraph:-
" (a) to red aim and develop every Reclamation and Development Area declared by Order under section 2 and to render such area suitable for any building, industrial, commercial or agricultural purpose; and '.
